Robert Baldwin is the owner/CEO of Stillwater Homes. Robert's love for building and developing started at a very young age, as Robert's Grandfather and Father were both quite successful in the industry; His elders showed him, at a very young age, that hard-work, honesty and delivering on one's word is a recipe for long-term success.

Juan has been with Stillwater for over 7 years now and has helped the company grow tremendously; Juan is a fantastic communicator and is above all, a professional solutions master. Sergio and Frank are our onsite project managers. They are key pieces to the team, as they maintain projects and ensure a smooth build process for our clients.

Brooke is our design coordinator, she assists and organizes the design process for each project.

Anna is the glue to the entire organization, as she balances the schedule and books as well as makes sure everyone is where they need to be.
